Somebody called saying they were from O2 and told me I’m eligible for a new phone upgrade because of some new deal for customers. The funny thing is, I’ve still got a whole year left on my contract! 😅

Allegedly, this caller claims to be some sort of housing maintenance “officer”. It’s quite bothersome, to be honest. Definitely smells like a bit of a scam to me!

I got a call from some bloke named David who said he was ringing from a housing association about a complaint I supposedly made about mould, damp, and leaks in my place. Thing is, my house doesn’t have any of that - no damp patches, no mould, and no leaks at all. Plus, it’s privately owned, not social housing or anything.

Some bloke rang me up claiming there was an issue I’d supposedly mentioned to “my housing agent” or something like that lol.

Got a call from this number but I didn't pick it up. My Samsung phone flagged it through Hiya as likely spam and possibly a robo call, so I just let it ring out.

I got a call from this number the other day. My Samsung warned me it was probably a spammer and maybe a robo-call, according to Hiya. So, I just ignored it and didn’t pick up.

I was ringing up about an issue with my accommodation, and the call kicked off with a robotic voice. After a bit of a wait, I finally got through to a human being, but at that point, I'd had enough and ended the call.

I just answered a call, but after a mere three seconds, the line went dead. Quite odd, isn't it?

I received a call concerning some housing issues, but when I mentioned that I hadn’t lodged any complaints, they promptly cut the line! I’m completely baffled by the name of this dodgy outfit they claimed to represent.

Received a call on my mobile in the late morning. It was an automated message that got cut off before I could even engage.

I reached out regarding some challenges I’m facing with my housing situation. I mentioned that I had a family of badgers take up residence back in January and that the council seems to be dumping refuse at my place. In response, they asked, ‘What’s the reason for the council to be bringing rubbish to your address?’ I was rather taken aback and thought, ‘Isn’t it you lot who are meant to assist me with this? I figured you’d be the ones to sort it out, not the other way around!’

I received two missed calls in quick succession, so I decided to ring back. However, all I got was a robotic voice with just two choices. After that, I hung up in frustration.

I noticed that I received a call from them, but I chose not to pick up since I suspected it was a scam.

I received a call from a number that I only share with my closest mates. It seems like they’re just phoning up random digits to spam us.

I received a call on my mobile but didn't pick up because I didn't hear it ring at first. A quick search brought me to this site. To clarify, I reside quite far away from Eastbourne, and I'm not in any sort of accommodation there either.
