Got a call from some letting agent. Proper rude and not pleasant at all. Wouldn’t recommend dealing with them.

I must say, my experience with this company has been utterly appalling. They have a knack for squeezing every last penny from their contractors while subjecting them to rude and disrespectful treatment over the phone. In fact, I've taken the step of flagging their behaviour to the LandLord Law blog. Do yourself a favour and steer clear of them!
