We've been receiving calls from this number all day, including a few in the evening. Each time we answered, the chap on the other end tried to persuade us to update our BT account. However, when we asked for our account number, he couldn't provide it. Once we pressed him on this, he became quite hostile and disrespectful. When we asked for his name, he refused and promptly hung up. Quite appalling behaviour, if you ask me!
