The call came from a local Eastbourne number but was just a robotic voice, never saying which bank it was from, only calling itself "Bank Security." They claimed there were odd charges on my card for Amazon and some overseas transfer. They told me to press a button to chat with their advisors or a different one to cancel the payments. Definitely felt like one of those scam calls!

I got a call from a number that looked like it was from Eastbourne, but when I answered, it was just a recorded voice saying something about "Bank Security." They claimed there were odd transactions on my card, including some payments to Amazon and a transfer overseas. They told me to press a certain key to talk to someone or press another to cancel the transactions. Definitely felt like a scam to me!
