If you happen to possess one of their Fall Alarms due to health concerns, it would be wise to reach out to them-it’s possible that your unit may be malfunctioning. I spoke to Now TV about a similar issue and discovered I had incurred charges for the calls, though they were kind enough to refund me. I’m feeling quite perplexed about this particular number. They definitely haven’t been ringing me at all. I had my new BT line fitted back in July, and since then, this number has popped up on my list of outgoing calls far too many times for comfort, with the most recent one occurring on Saturday, 15th September! I’ve only placed one call from my landline, which was to my brother, so the only other person in my household is my 13-year-old son. This situation is rather unsettling, especially as some of these calls have occurred in the wee hours of the morning, around 2 or 3 am. I reckon I might have to give them a bell myself just to uncover the mystery behind it. I need to ensure with absolute certainty that my son is safe and isn't unwittingly engaging with any unsavoury characters, such as those with inappropriate intentions.
