Got a call from some call centre and before they could even start talking, I just blurted out "oh damn" and cut them off. Didn't even listen to what they wanted to say.

I got a call from Eastbourne about installing smart meters. I told them I wasn’t interested, but said something silly like “hell no” just joking around. Didn’t expect them to say something about killing though, that’s not something you joke about. Proper dangerous if you ask me.

So this company Total Energy, or whatever it’s called, has been ringing me non-stop. The call centre sounds like it’s run by people with Indian accents and they say they’re based in Eastbourne. In like ten minutes, I got four calls from them asking about putting smart meters in my house. I told them right away I wasn’t keen, but they just kept phoning me again and again. Honestly, I’d just block that number if I were you, they either didn’t get my message or just don’t care to take me off their list. Proper annoying!
