BT really ought to do something about this number. I got a robo call saying my internet would be cut off straight away - only problem is, I don’t have BT internet at all. Then it asked me to press 1 or 2, so I messed about and didn’t hang up. After a bit, another voice popped up asking me to do a survey, but I just stayed silent until they gave up. It’s such a scam and can be really harmful to vulnerable folks. And don’t just blame old people, I’m seventy myself!
