today i got a call from brighter homes on this very number, they was trying to sell me vouchers for double glazing and stuff. i told them straight i’m on the telephone preference service list and to not ring me back again. these lot push you hard to buy double glazing quotes, i’ve seen them on watchdog in a rogue traders episode. if you look up ‘brighter homes Y’ you can watch a vid showing what techniques these companies use to sell.

Got a call earlier from Brighter Homes on this number, trying to push vouchers for double glazing. I told them straight away that I’m on the TPS list and asked them not to ring me back. They’re pretty pushy with their sales tactics, really trying to force the double glazing on you. I remember seeing them on the Watchdog rogue traders episode. If you look up ‘Brighter Homes Watchdog’ you can watch the undercover footage showing how they try to sell stuff.

He said he was from a firm called Brighter Homes. I couldn’t get much else out of him, but the way he spoke was exactly like in that BBC Rogue Traders clip about Brighter Homes (look it up under Brighter Homes watchdog).
