Total scam alert. Some bloke called claiming he was with BT saying my internet had virus issues and tried to get me to spill info. When I asked who my ISP was, he guessed totally wrong, so I figured he was just taking a wild shot and ended the call. Weirdly, a few days later he rang again, same spiel but now pretending to be from TalkTalk! What really freaked me out was when he started asking my 8-year-old for private details before I could pick up. I’m definitely reporting this one.
