Just got a call from someone claiming to be "Mark" at EE, saying they’re offering a 45% discount because EE’s been getting loads of negative reviews lately. He spent ages going on about the bad feedback. At first, he said, "Hi, I’m Mark and I’m calling from..." then paused awkwardly before saying "EE". We couldn’t keep a straight face and laughed, then hung up pretty quick. Didn’t seem too pleased when we started joking about it.
