So, I get this call from a company claiming to be connected to Carphone Warehouse, saying I could upgrade as long as I remained with my current network. Curious, I asked, "Pardon, but which network is that exactly?" They responded, "Sorry, we can’t disclose that due to Data Protection policies." At that point, I couldn't hold back my irritation and launched into a mini rant about how they're actually flouting the regulations by cold calling me in the first place! With that, I decided to end the call abruptly.
