Somebody rang claiming to be from Optons. I mentioned the person they wanted is well over 80 years old, and they said they wouldn’t bother calling again and would take the number off their list. Makes you wonder, doesn’t it?

Got a call from someone going on about our loft insulation not being up to scratch. They were muttering to themselves the whole time. Eventually, I just blocked the number. Absolute waste of time!

some guy called me about some energy saving thing. I told him my number’s on the tps list, and he quickly said sorry. He mentioned they’d had a few mix-ups like this recently and promised to take my number off their calling list. I told him I’d better hope so, or else I’ll be lodging another complaint with tps again.
