Got a call out of the blue from some place called "Intelligent Claims Solutions" saying they needed to "update their systems" about a car crash I supposedly was in. I’ve never had any accident! They sounded quite polite though, and when I asked where they got my details from, they just ended the call. Still a nuisance to get called like that.
