I reckon that number was cloned or faked. Got a recorded message saying it was from "BT Internet Technical Team." They threatened to cut my internet in 5 minutes. The options were to press 1 to talk to a tech or 2 to disconnect. Seriously, don’t press any buttons! Just end the call and make sure to report that number.
