Got two calls in the space of four minutes earlier, clearly from some call centre, with the usual strong accent. I even heard my voice echoing back through the handset, so I reckon they're using some overseas phone service. I've told them to stop ringing me three times this week and asked to have my number taken off whatever list they're using. Ended up reporting the whole thing to the ICO.
