Seems like a scam, they just ended the call abruptly.

Got a call earlier from some Asian bloke saying he was from OT (but definitely not BT). Didn't hang around and just cut the call off. Tried ringing back but the number didn’t show up anywhere - looked like it was faked to seem like a UK number or something dodgy.

Got a call at 8 in the morning from a woman with an American accent saying BT planned to cut off my internet today. I’m not sure if it’s for real yet, so I’ll just wait it out. I looked up the number 0131 851 5173 on a few other 'who called me' websites and found someone else had exactly the same complaint. Seems like a scam to me!
