Received a call at exactly 3:08 PM. When I asked the person on the other end to remove my contact details from their list, they claimed I had requested the call in the first place. I requested to talk to the supervisor, but instead, he raised his voice, insisting he was in charge, and reiterated that I had initiated this communication before abruptly ending the call!
