We're now about nine weeks into the year, and believe it or not, this lot has rung me up five times already! It's just like last year, where the calls were endless. Every time I try to ring them back, all I get is a faint clicking sound before it cuts off! It’s absolutely maddening! If this is British Gas, they can shove it! We always pay our bills on time, for crying out loud!
