Each time, it’s the same annoying pre-recorded spiel, blabbering on about boiler upgrades and insulation, insisting it’s a must for every household to comply by 2016. Can you imagine? Yes, my home does need attention, but I'll be steering clear of any unsolicited callers! I'll find a reputable company myself, thank you very much! Honestly, I’m grateful for caller ID; it’s a lifesaver!
