Just a heads up about a scam going around pretending to be Lloyds Bank! They ring you saying they’ve blocked payments of hundreds of pounds from your account, then they pass you to someone claiming to be “The Manager” who wants to set up a phone meeting in a few days. Legit banks don’t ring you out of the blue like that anymore. If you get a call like this, make sure you call your bank directly using the number on the back of your debit card to check it out. Never give out your details or pick up if they call back. This scam seems to mainly target older people, so be careful!
