Got a load of cold callers lately, really annoying! It’s best to just block them straight away. If you’ve got an iPhone, no need to add the caller to your contacts first. Just go to your recent calls, find the number, tap the little "i" for info, then scroll down and choose "Block Caller". Way simpler and doesn’t mess up your contacts at all!

Over the past two weeks, I have received at least 15 phone calls from them, and it's becoming quite irritating. Despite blocking their number, they continue to call. Does anyone know how to put an end to these unwanted calls? Occasionally, they come through on a different number as well.

This is a call from Scottish Power pushing their services. I rang the number back and no one answered. If you want to stop getting these marketing calls, try ringing 0845.371.1320 and enter your phone number. They say it could take 48 hours but might take as long as 7 working days. We'll see how that goes.

I constantly receive calls throughout the day, which is quite bothersome. Although I choose not to answer, it still annoys me greatly. Sometimes, I am contacted by callers with the label "Unknown," and in order to avoid missing any important calls from doctors or other important figures, I answer. However, these calls usually turn out to be from insurance companies or accident claim agencies. It's impolite, as whenever I explain that I am not interested or certaknly haven't been involved in any accidents, they simply hang up on me. How rude!
