01316205702 rang me but I didn’t answer as it was from a number I didn’t recognise. I tried ringing the 08001560126 number provided to ask for removal, but it’s no longer in service.

Yeah, it's EE. You gotta ring 08001560126 if you want them to stop calling. Just did it myself, so we'll see what happens. They said it can take up to 48 hours before they stop.

Both me and my partner use EE and we keep getting calls from this number on our mobiles and even on our home phone. We just don't pick up because it's an unfamiliar number. Makes me wonder why EE seems so easy for these scammers to get through? Do they somehow leak customers' info or maybe they're selling it? I reckon EE should really look into this before more people quit out of annoyance!

My backup phone keeps buzzing with calls, the one I only put unimportant numbers on... Then not long after, a call came through on my landline from India or somewhere, telling me to switch on my computer and do some stuff.
