I got a call from someone claiming to be about my BT internet. She already knew my name which made me think maybe some call centre’s database got leaked or hacked. Bit worrying, really.

Got a call from a Chinese woman claiming she was with BT and said there was an issue with my internet. I asked her for the address of her office and a phone number so I could ring her back on my mobile, but she just ended the call. Definitely a scam.
