I keep getting calls from different places with this number 01315990981, they say they’re from Virgin’s tech support about my internet. It’s been happening daily and getting a bit annoying now.

I got a call from what they said was the motor insurance bureau, but it was some dodgy phishing scam from an Indian call centre. The weird thing was, the number started with 0131, which is supposed to be Edinburgh, so it threw me off a bit.

Loads of folks seem to be getting calls from this number, so I’d say it’s most likely a scam!

Got a call from some Indian call centre people pretending to be from the motor insurance bureau. They kept asking me about a crash I supposedly had. Definitely felt like a phishing attempt.
