Got a call from some muppet trying to sell me loft insulation. Problem is, I don’t even have a house! They kept asking for me though. Ended up bombarding them with loads of nonsense questions till they got fed up and hung up.

I dunno where they find our digits but they are super annoying. Why they keep ringing me is beyond me. Honestly, if the caller isn’t saved in my contacts, I just ignore it. Anyway, I’ve blocked that number now, hopefully that sorts it out.

Got a call from a number that was silent the whole time, then they just blocked me when I tried to call back. Pretty suspicious if you ask me.

This is the third time they’ve rung me in just three days. Twice before, they just dropped the call as soon as I said “Hello.” Today, a woman’s voice came on and said her name was “Sebastian,” but with such a thick foreign accent that I couldn’t make out a word of what she was trying to say. I’ve lived all over and travelled heaps in the last 50 years, and generally pick up on accents pretty easily, but this was well beyond me! Seriously, there needs to be some real laws put in place to stop this kind of nonstop pestering. I absolutely loathe these cold-callers who don’t care about disturbing your sleep, driving, meals, TV time, or whatever else you’re doing! Utter nightmare!
