I didn’t answer it, but after looking it up a few times I’m pretty sure it’s one of those numbers you just want to avoid and block.

The phone kept ringing and when I picked up, a person with an Asian accent said they needed me to respond to some questions just with yes or no. I tried to ask who they were, but they just talked right over me and didn't answer. I hung up and blocked the number after that.
