This number popped up on my phone earlier. I tried ringing it back using my home phone but it just went to an answering service for some company named clear.com. It offered a couple of choices - press 1 to talk to someone or 9 if you want out. But pressing 9 didn’t do anything except loop me back to the same choices. Smells like a scam to me. Blocked the number and binned it straight away.
