I received a phone call from someone who claimed to be reaching out about a car crash I had in the last couple of years. He purportedly wished to guide me through the process of securing insurance payout. I’ve since decided to BLOCK that number.

Got a call today from this number, but I’ve actually had calls from them before. They claimed I’m owed money for a car accident that supposedly happened in the past three years - which is rubbish because I haven’t been in any. When I asked for specifics about the accident, they couldn’t provide any. Then, as I mentioned I’d check with my insurer, they just offered to give me a customer service number. When I asked which insurance company I’m with, they had no clue. Pretty obvious SCAM.
