Got a call from some busy call centre, loads of background noise. We don’t usually share our landline with anyone. The caller just said hello, and I told them they were really hard to hear. Feels like it might be a dodgy scam, so I’d suggest steering clear and not getting involved.

My lad lives with this area code but I wasn’t tricked at all - he never calls the home phone and neither does anyone else since I haven't shared it in yonks! Don't have a clue how they’re even getting hold of it, been ex-directory forever. Now businesses want 3 numbers from you - like two mobiles and one more number or whatever - yeah right! I've got two mobiles and my missus has one mobile - we never gave out the landline, so no chance! Ha ha ha!
