I got three calls from this number today, each one sounding a bit different but all saying they were from hmre and that I had some kind of warrant for unpaid taxes. Didn't buy it, just ended the call.

Got a call from this number and they told me same story others mentioned, saying there’s a warrant for my arrest from the HMRC. I'd say just hang up straight away and definitely don't call them back, cause it’ll likely cost you 20 quid a minute or something like that. If you’re unsure, best to speak directly to HMRC yourself to check if anything’s actually going on.

This bloke said he was from TalkTalk and when I told him I'm not interested, he got really pushy and started making some inappropriate remarks. Honestly, it was quite upsetting. xx

Got a robotic voice saying HMRC needed to speak to us and to press 1 to call back. When we didn’t respond, the call stopped. Then later, another automated message came through saying we had an arrest warrant issued. Using BT 1471 on the number added an extra zero at the start, so it showed up as 0013155651908.

I got a recorded message saying it was from HMRC and that there was a warrant out for my arrest, asking me to press 1. I just ended the call straight away.

Just got a call from HMRC threatening to arrest me or something! They’re a total scam, best to just hang up straight away.

I kept getting calls from ‘BT Calling’ so I just blocked the number, didn’t want to deal with it.
