I received a call from someone who appeared to know my name, claiming to represent the British Heart Foundation. They expressed gratitude for a donation I supposedly made, which is rather odd since I haven't contributed anything. When I attempted to return the call, I either got no response or the line was constantly engaged. A bit suspicious, if you ask me!
