No idea who this is, but this number has buzzed me more than 10 times over the last 3 months (gave up keeping track). Every time I pick up, they just hang up right away and never bother to leave a voicemail. I’m pretty unwell and have been in touch with loads of doctors recently, and if this was one of them, they’d have definitely left a message.
