This bloke rang up sayin he was from O2 and could sort me out with an upgrade on my Samsung. Then he suddenly said he couldn’t chat about my contract since I wasn’t an O2 customer. That’s rubbish cos I’ve been with O2 for ages.

I received a call purporting to be from O2, claiming they were ready to upgrade my phone. I asked the chap on the other end to let me know how much it would cost to terminate my existing contract, but he said he couldn't provide that info since I apparently wasn't a customer of O2. Strangely enough, I’ve been with them for ages!
