I received a rather unsettling call from someone purporting to be from a tech support outfit based in Manchester. They insisted that my computer was in grave peril and offered to rectify the supposed issues. They even requested remote access to my system, which I outright refused. After ending that rather intrusive conversation, the caller had the audacity to ring me a couple more times. It left me no option but to block the number entirely! The persistence was absolutely vexing!

Got a call from a lady from India offering to sort out a serious issue with my PC! Sounded a bit dodgy if you ask me.

Got a call from someone claiming to be from a tech firm in Manchester, saying my computer was at risk. They wouldn't tell me their name or the company though. I looked up the number later and noticed the area code was actually from Birmingham.

This morning at about 8am, I got a call from a woman speaking with an Indian accent. She claimed my computer had some kind of problem and insisted she could fix it. When I asked where she was calling from or how she got my number, she refused to say. She wanted me to let her take control of my computer to sort it out, which I obviously didn't agree to.
