I found this number on a letter from RBS Executive Complaints. When I first called, it was an automated message saying "sorry, this number does not exist". Later, I tried again and actually spoke to a friendly bloke who took down my number and said the person who sent the letter would call me back. It's been two days and I’m still waiting. I tried ringing again today. The first time, I got that same automated message, but the second time it just kept ringing and then ended with the automated reply again. Quite frustrating.
