I got a call from someone saying they were from EE and offering a 12-month sim only deal for £10 a month. They said it included unlimited calls/texts, 100 free minutes abroad, and a free iWatch. When I mentioned that my plan only costs me £6 monthly, they claimed they’d match that price. Told them I’m not about to sign anything like that on the phone because of all the scams going about. They insisted it was legit and promised to call me back from an 0800 number, which they claimed I could verify online. Yeah, right, I’m not falling for that one.
