I’ve already mentioned that I prefer to stick with O2 for my upgrade, yet they persist in ringing me. I'm on the brink of blocking them entirely.

I've received calls from this number twice daily for a while now. Each time I pick up, the caller hangs up immediately. I'm rather reluctant to return the call unless I can ascertain who is on the other end.
