No idea why people think this is Capstone Metrics or some sort of research firm, it’s definitely not. So please don’t ring up those companies, they’re not involved at all. They keep telling the same old lies. You’ve probably had calls about boilers, insulation, windows or alarms from similar numbers, like the one right after theirs, 01315163783. It’s just the same scam again.

"Am I speaking to the property owner?" the caller asked.
I replied, "No, can I pass a message on?" and then they just hung up, saying they’d try again later.
They buzz me every now and then, even tho my number’s unlisted.
Had a look at the number and it turns out it’s from Capstone Metrics.

They've been calling me every day for several weeks now but never leave a message. The calls come through anytime between 9 in the morning and 9 at night, even on weekends. It's really annoying.

I picked up the phone and there was a voice asking me to key in a security code, but as soon as I said nothing, it just cut off.

They asked if I was the owner of the property - bit funny since my number's unlisted, so how'd they even find me? Then they started going on about windows in the neighborhood, like what’s that about? Honestly, a bit strange!

I've had nothing but trouble with Capstone Metrics, they keep ringing me non-stop and it's really annoying. Such a pesky caller!

Got a call but they just dropped it straight away. Not gonna pick up if they ring back; seems like a bother.

Caps Biometrics? Never heard of them before. Anyone know what they do?

I just let my answering machine handle these calls every single day. The message tells me to punch in a security code before ending with a ‘thanks for contacting us!’ bit.

I received a rather chilly call earlier, something to do with the development of Scotland! Quite peculiar, really!
