got a call from a number i didn’t recognize. no idea who it was!

I just had this quick ring, no one spoke, so I hung up straight away. Thought it might be nothing, but I ended up calling back by mistake. Then I got stuck listening to some music and an automated voice telling me to hold tight and someone would help soon. I waited for about a minute, then it hit me that this was likely dodgy, so I ended the call.

Has anyone picked up when they rung from this number? I've had a couple missed calls from it, seems like it could be some robocall from a call centre just checking if my number is active. I usually don't pick up unknown numbers and they didn’t leave any voicemail. I tried searching online for details, but didn’t find anything useful yet. Don’t wanna ring back till I figure out who it might be. Anyone got a clue?
