Got a call from someone claiming to be with EXTRA SCOTLAND. Pretty sure it was a scam.

Got a call today from 01013670380, second time from this number now, supposedly from my bank. They said Amazon had charged me £300 and asked if I wanted to block a payment of £1200 heading overseas. Honestly, it’s just awful how some folks make a living with scams like this. Really sad people doing this sort of thing.

Complete scammers. They already had some personal info and then started asking about a car crash. When I said no, they tried to dig up details about others in the house. Best not to pick up.

Got a call earlier today from someone saying I was part of a RIC a couple of years back, which is total rubbish since I’ve never been involved in anything like that. Definitely ignoring any calls like that from now on.

For two days straight around 12.45 in the afternoon, my phone rang but whenever I picked up, there was nothing but silence on the other end.

I've been getting calls from this number quite a bit lately. They rang again last night. I'm older and really don't appreciate calls so late. What's annoying is it only rings for a moment and then stops before I even get a chance to pick up!

Been getting calls for two days straight from different numbers, they know my name and try to push stocks or shares on me. Just today, they even left a silent voicemail. The number shows as Edinburgh, but the people have Asian accents. While I was writing this complaint, they rang me again, this time from yet another Edinburgh number, claiming they were calling because I’d supposedly lost money in the markets before. Super annoying!
