The individual on the line began by inquiring about my heating system and its efficiency. They mentioned that my bills had decreased since there hadn't been any service calls recently. Subsequently, they queried if I wanted the current documentation dispatched to the same address. Then, out of nowhere, they requested that I remain on the line while they conversed with their supervisor, which struck me as rather peculiar. I decided to end the call.
