Some bloke rang saying my account had been hacked and claimed to be from Virgin. I just told him to get lost and hung up. Then he phoned back swearing at me, calling me all sorts. Proper unpleasant.

Some bloke said he was from BT and claimed there were issues with my router. I told him I hadn’t noticed any problems, but he insisted that I had. When I called him out on lying, he got a bit annoyed. I then asked him who my broadband provider was, and he said Virgin. I told him that wasn’t right, and he started arguing. I told him to get lost and ended the call. He said his name was David something, but he had a strong foreign accent.
