Got a call from someone who said he was Jason Roy from the Windows tech team. Sounded like he wasn't local at all. He claimed his firm was in Reading and gave me a user ID - something like MSE2341. I played along for a good ten minutes before cutting him off. Total scam, no doubt about it!
