Looks like Zoom uses this number for folks, mainly in churches, who want to join a 200m church service or meeting just by phone. It's like a way to listen in without internet.

Both mine and my wife’s mobiles keep getting these weird blank messages and I have no clue where they got our numbers from. Maybe it’s linked to some survey I filled out online recently, might be where the trouble started. Really annoying cos they just keep coming!
