Eastern BMW from Newbridge, Edinburgh called and left a voicemail about my X5's MoT, even though it'll only be due in about 5-6 weeks. I've told them multiple times over the last 3 years that I won't be using their services again and have consistently gone elsewhere for servicing and MoT. These yearly calls just show they don't actually pay attention to what customers say, and their customer service isn't as great as they seem to believe, nor is it worth the money.
