Josie from Sky called me saying she’d refund me £245. I told her straight up I didn’t believe her, thought it was a scam. She actually admitted it! Though I reckon there was some misunderstanding somewhere. I told her I knew she wasn’t really from Sky and judging by her accent, she was probably based in India. Then she just hung up on me, so rude! I’ve blocked the number, but they keep ringing back.
