I got a call about a purchase supposedly made on Amazon that I never did. They asked me to either confirm or deny the transaction. I just ended the call and decided to report the number on this site.

I got two calls on my mobile phone claiming to be from Edinburgh, but they didn’t leave any voicemail. Then, out of nowhere, my landline rang and there was a recorded message about either authorising or cancelling a card transfer. Totally dodgy. It’s definitely a scam, just trying to get into your bank details. Best not to answer or engage with them at all.
