I saw the missed call but didn’t pick up since the number was unfamiliar. Later, they left a voicemail explaining it was from Bupa Health Services. I was actually waiting to hear from them, so no sales pitch or spam or anything like that.

Even though I’ve signed up with the telephone preference service, this lot just kept ringing me up and when I told them off about it, they started arguing with me. Got a random call claiming I’d been in an accident, totally unsolicited. Proper annoying!

Just got a text saying if I owe over £5,000, I might get government aid to clear up to 80% of it and cut down on payments. It said reply HELP for details or STOP to unsubscribe. Came from NMDIRECT. Seems a bit sketchy to me.
