I got a call from this number too, some bloke called Steve who claimed he was ringing from the “accident bureau” regarding a crash I supposedly had back in September. I told him he was talking rubbish and just ended the call. Since I’m signed up to the TPS, I’ll be making a complaint about this.

Even though the number was from Edinburgh, the bloke’s accent was clearly Indian. He claimed I’d been in a car crash, which was a shock since I’ve never had one in three decades. I told him it was probably about my mum’s old car from ‘55, and she’s still in bed getting better. Another one for the list of annoying calls piling up!
