Got a call from someone claiming to be from Visa saying I had to cancel a transaction because apparently someone was stealing from my card and sending money overseas. Thing is, I hardly ever keep any cash on that card and rarely even use it. Checked with Visa and they had no clue about it. Now I’m trying to sort it out with my bank and BT as well - feels like I’m just getting bounced around and racking up phone bills for nothing.
